How do I return my order?
Orders purchased online can be returned by post within 14 days of receipt.
If you would like to return your order please make a request by emailing hello@thedressparlour.com for instructions.
All returns must meet our Returns Policy. The items must be unworn and in selling condition with original tags and packaging intact. Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery is unable to be returned.
Gift vouchers are not eligible for return. If your return does not meet these conditions we will be unable to accept your item(s) and they will be rejected and returned to you.
Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.
Full priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund or credit note.
Sale items can be returned for a credit note only.
During sale events and promotions when there is a further discount on sale items, these items are considered final sale and unable to be returned.
Can I exchange my order?
At this time The Dress Parlour is unable to offer exchanges for online orders. If you are wanting to exchange for another size or style, we advise repurchasing and returning your item for either a refund or credit note.
How do I return an international order?
International customers will need to ship their returns back to The Dress Parlour using their own chosen method of shipping and be responsible for the item. We advise keeping a record of the tracking number.
Please take care when sending back your item. Any items lost in the post are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes. We always recommend keeping a hold of tracking numbers to avoid missing parcels.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you would like to make a change to your order, please send an email to info@thedressparlour.com immediately and we will assist you as best we can.
How can I track my order?
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive tracking details. If you do not receive anything within 48 hours, please send an email to info@thedressparlour.com and we will investigate.
