Processing Time
Orders placed before 10am AEST will be dispatched on the same business day.
If your order is placed after this time it will be dispatched the following business day. If your order is placed after 3pm on a Friday and over the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) your order will be dispatched the following business day.
Phone Order & Same-day Pickup
Our boutique offers phone orders with a same day pick up service. To place a phone order for same day pick up, simply call our boutique and place your order over the phone.

Returns
In-store Returns
At our Casula boutique located at 5/605 Hume Highway, we offer returns within 7 days of purchase on full price items. You are eligible for a 12 month credit or exchange. We do not accept refunds in-store.
Online Returns
Full-priced items which are not purchased with Afterpay are eligible for store credit, exchange or refund. Afterpay orders are eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
Items must be returned via our returns portal within 7 days (domestic orders) and 14 days (international orders) of receiving. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags and in its original packaging. If your return does not meet these conditions we will be unable to accept your items and they will be rejected and returned to you. Previously exchanged orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Sale items and jewellery cannot be returned for store credit, exchange or refund. These items are all final sale and not returnable for change of mind.
Gift vouchers are not eligible for return.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, you can use the self-serve return portal on your account. If you cannot access this please contact us at hello@thedressparlour.com. Once your return request has been approved you will receive an email containing the details on what to do next.
Refunds
If your order is eligible for a refund, this will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the shipping cost.
Once our team has received and processed your return you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for this amount to appear in your account.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use either online or in-store. If you have purchased an item using a credit note, your refund will be issued in the form of a credit note.
Parlour Perks
If you receive $20 off your next order, this code is only valid on full price items over $100. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. One use per customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify. If you believe your item is faulty or have received the item faulty, please contact us on hello@thedressparlour.com straight away and we will assist you with further instructions.
